Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high order volume periods, processing times may be extended by a few additional business days. We will notify customers if significant delays occur.
Estimated Delivery Time
All shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing (if applicable), or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to become active.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information
If you believe you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at pawmerastore@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist before the order is processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, PawMera is no longer responsible for the package.
We are not liable for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Carrier delays or delivery issues
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawmerastore@gmail.comwith your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
